Customer's experience with Ingrid products continues even after purchase is completed. After order completion in the customer journey, the user lands on a receipt page. On the Receipt page, users should be presented with relevant information that they can confirm about their order. This is where Ingrid Receipt page serves it purpose.

Ingrid Receipt Widget

Receipt widget is optional widget that can be presented to the Customer after puchase is done. It aims to improve delivery experience for the Customer by presenting purchase summary: recipient details, ordered products and delivery details, and offering possibility to introduce last-minute changes to delivery instructions. It can also survey Customer's level of satisfaction with checkout experience. Receipt widget is customizable and every data section can be individualy turned on and off.
