Overview
Ingrid Delivery Tracking Notifications are designed to handle the communication of important events and updates related to deliveries and orders to the End Customers. They provide real-time information, ensuring transparency and visibility throughout the Delivery Journey.
The Tracking Notifications service builds on Ingrid Delivery Tracking and can be used with Default Ingrid Notifications as well as with external notification providers or customer engagement platforms, referred to as channels.
